Shipping & Returns

1. Global Shipping

We offer complimentary express shipping worldwide. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Europe: 3-5 business days
• United States & Canada: 4-7 business days
• Rest of the World: 7-10 business days

2. Duties & Taxes

For customers within the European Union and the United States, all relevant import duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. There will be no hidden fees upon delivery. For other regions, duties may apply depending on local customs regulations.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please access our Return Portal or contact our customer care team. A return shipping label will be provided. Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
